It is with great excitement that I would like to inform you that as of today, Monday 10th December our coaching business has a new identity.  We will no longer be trading as Tennis Excellence – Nedlands, but will now be known as TennisHQ.

Ten years ago we started Tennis Excellence and have grown it from two centres to currently nine centres. However, the nature of the business of coaching and our desire to provide a greater, more personalised experience for our customers has inspired us to go out alone.

What does it mean for you? 

Internally, there are no changes to our current business structure.  All of our fantastic coaches are employed by us and are enthusiastic about the change in trading name.  Linda is also staying in her role as marketing and public relations and will be able to focus on Nedlands clients, rather than generic marketing spanning the broader TE network.  The main internal changes will be to our customer service systems.  We will now be conducting all administration and reception tasks in-house, so if you need to contact us you will receive a direct response, either from your coach, myself or Linda.  We hope this makes for a better experience, and one that is quicker, easier and gives you the best tennis experience possible.

Externally, you will notice some changes.  New uniforms, signage and a brand new modern website brings a fresh feel to the club.  The website is now Nedlands-specific rather than being a page under the general TE website.  We trust this will make your usage of our online facilities much simpler and cleaner, and above all, more user friendly.

Mobile Phones: no changes

During the December/January holidays, as usual, we have our Holiday Clinics running for the children in the mornings (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).  In addition, many of our coaches are available in the afternoons or early mornings for private individual or group lessons.  There is definitely plenty of opportunity for you and your child/ren to get on court in this beautiful summer weather.  Enrolments for Term 1 2019 are also open, so once you have your schedules worked out, don’t forget to book in!
