Tennis Hot Shots is a tennis program designed specifically to meet the needs of juniors. With the inclusion of smaller courts, modified equipment, lighter racquets and low-compression balls, tennis is fun and easy to learn for young children. There are four stages of the Hot Shots Program – Blue, Red, Orange and Green – targeted specifically to select age groups and levels. After these four stages, juniors move into a Yellow Ball Squad, which is outside of the Hot Shots Program

Focus The program uses tennis to help stimulate motor skill development, build strength, balance and general coordination. Introduction to rallying in tennis, body coordination, spatial awareness, group interaction, self-confidence, fun Develop technique, ability to rally, body coordination, challenge & concentration, group interaction, self-confidence, fun and basic match play. Consolidate technique and swing patterns, game strategy, develop physical skills, discover the game, rules and type of competition. Comptete and learn.

Players who have progressed from Hot Shots Green or are new to tennis will find the Yellow Ball Squads Program the perfect opportunity to keep learning the sport and/or keep playing in a relaxed and enjoyable environment.

Girls wanting to have fun with tennis and have a workout at the same time will adore our girls only cardio program, with music playing its the best way to get a workout and smash lots of balls.
